The EE Proactive Business System includes 4 tiers. Depending on where you currently stand with existing proactive habits, and how much you want your business to grow, depends on how far you go.

Once you successfully complete a tier, you will receive the corresponding Proactive Business Badge to proudly display on your digital platforms for your employees and customers to see. Together, we celebrate the success of each achievement with a fun teambuilding event where all employees and subcontractors receive an inspiring wristband as a token of the accomplishment and a reminder to continue to stay dedicated to the change.

Tier 1

The first Tier in the EE Proactive Business System focuses on establishing the business basics to proactivity and are the building blocks in which the EE Proactive Business System is built upon. Here we ensure you have the right software and technology in place, that there is clear and specific roles & responsibilities for everyone on the team, and that the standards and expectations are set by your business to which your employees and subcontractors must conform to. Years in business is irrelevant to how proactive you operate. Many businesses that have been established for 20+ years often do not have these building blocks in place, so this is where your journey to a proactively ran business, begins.

Tier 2

Once your business evolves from Tier 1 to Tier 2, we start implementing the proactive habits necessary to optimize your resources. We begin addressing the misalignments that exist amongst your field, office, and sales and introduce aspects of the daily operations that overlap these departments. Departments begin working together towards company goals.

Tier 3

Tier 3 focuses on more granular processes that affect your employees across your field, office, and sales. Here we dive deep into reporting, tracking, KPI's and accountability. While the proactive culture begins getting created in Tier 1, it is in Tier 3 that you really start to see the proactive culture start to flourish because your employees and subcontractors will know and understand how operating proactively positively affects their day to day, and overall well being.

Tier 4

Developing a Proactively ran business means being dedicated to the change, adopting the habits, and not giving up. This way of running your business is not easy to achieve. It takes patience, persistence, and the ability to work towards constant growth. You must be dedicated to the change. By the time you reach Tier 4, you have a strong foundation that is setup for scalable growth and you're ready to duplicate your business across multiple locations with more branches or by creating a franchise model. It is essential to ensure all the building blocks are in place before expanding to eliminate wasted time and money on resources or by causing unnecessary stress onto your employees or subcontractors.
